How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days.  We use FedEx 2 day service and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.  The shipping cost is $10. 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns due to the custom nature of our products.  Also, please be sure to measure carefully because we can’t accept returns due to sizing issues.  All collars will be made to the size provided. 

Can I customize my order?

We love custom orders!  Please use the custom order form provided and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
